A set of two DVDs full of Kung Fu San Soo The 2014 seminar was one that you should not have missed! This DVD contains some of the classic “old school” advanced class, hard core, punching techniques that I learned back in the late 60’s and early 70’s. Also featured are some great counter measures. One of my personal favorites taught was how to escape from the typical police arm lock come along, as well as many other leverage and punching counters.
Dozens of new san soo techniques were taught as well as a 2 man drill that is a must have for all san soo practitioners. You will also learn how to take san soo from the studio to the cage. Taught by san soo Tulsa with hands on techniques and drills you can use even if you are not a cage fighter. If you don’t already have this one, order it now.
